MATH RELAY

Our Year 5 students at Kuwait National English School participated in their first Maths Relay competition for the academic year 209/2010. Students were exposed to a series of Mental Math and Problem Solving questions. Our aim is to develop and improve critical thinking skills in all our students, as well as their ability to work in teams. All students were awarded certificates of participation. The winning team was awarded medals. Students were very excited about participating in the competition. We will be hosting a series of competitions involving all year groups in Key Stage 2.
