“Restoring degraded land in the Arab region: A youth challenge” Finals!
Kuwait National English School make the finals of UNESCWA competition.
Kuwait National English School is happy to announce that our team of Ward Al Zamqan, Jana Yousef and Hadi Basal (Grade 10) have qualified for the finals of the competition organized by UNESCWA (United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia) The competition involves a youth video challenge titled, “Restoring degraded land in the Arab region: A youth challenge”
Our students have worked hard on this project and submitted a thought-provoking and informative video on how degraded land can be restored. The finalists will be presented during the 2021 Desertification and Drought Day celebrations. Once again, congratulations to our students and good luck for the finals.
